recycled.bicycles—bicycle.recycling // 1975 Montréal Summer Olympics track bike frame by Bob Mackie, Toronto | titanium/aluminium | standover 33″ | seat tube 23″ | 27.5″ tires | free wheeling hipster style bike | Campagnolo drive / 3T parts (frame flexes right for a weak left legged rider)
I bought the frame since I was 13 years old. Turned into a 10 speed, then into a hipster style bike; it’s set on the 8th gear (42 front 16 rear cogs). Very sweet ride, sexy and fast, and still is lighter than carbon (8.5 lbs – seat & rubber tyres are the heavy parts!). (No Trade-ins)
— $7500 (firm) since this is not a donated bicycle; I’m selling it to help purchase my new Leica MP 240 camera (if it doesn’t sell this year; it’s meant for me to keep!!).
